Ordering with White Chalk Gallery
When you place an order you will need to provide your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit/debit details. For your security, we do not store your credit/debit card details.
When your transaction has been processed you will be notified by email with a receipt of your order, you can then check if all the details are correct.
A contact telephone number is essential so that we can quickly reach you if we need to discuss your order and is a requirement for delivery.
Enquiries and Reserving Items
You can phone us on 07398 970329 or send us an email to whitechalkgallery@gmail.com to request images and details of a particular artist's work. We can take payment over the phone and post the item out to you or your chosen delivery address.
Reserving an item: you can reserve a piece of artwork by giving us a ring on 07398 970439 or sending us an email to whitechalkgallery@gmail.com. We'll keep your item aside for up to 2 days, however if you would like it to be reserved for longer you may pay a non-refundable deposit over the phone and we will be happy to hold the item until you're ready to collect it in person.
Payment
Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of despatch. Payment is made using our online payment system but we can also process payments over the telephone should you require this option.
By entering card details onto our system you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be 18 or over, provide a valid UK delivery address and possess a legitimate credit or debit card. We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by anyone at any time.
Stock and Delivery
All of the items listed on the shop section of our website are available for purchase unless stated otherwise. For a wider range of pieces you can visit our shop at 8 Old Swan Yard, Devizes, Wiltshire SN10 1AT.
In the unlikely circumstance a piece purchased is no longer available we will contact you as soon as we can and refund your purchase.
We will always aim to meet delivery times quoted on our site, however busier periods may lead to extended delivery times. Please bear in mind that delivery times are estimates. At times of public holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter and bank holidays) delivery may take a little longer.
If you need the product for a specific date do please notify us via email before you place the order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Product Pricing and Descriptions
All prices published are in pounds sterling. Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description, but please do remember that hand crafted items are all unique.
We reserve the right to update, amend or remove products from our website at any time.
Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel a purchasing contract provided you do so no later than fourteen days after the day on which you receive the products. You will be given a full refund, which includes the initial postage charge. Please see our Returns policy for more details. Earrings are exempt from this. If you wish to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.
